Automation consulting for small & mid-sized business
Replace the slow parts of your business, not the people running it.
I help small and mid-sized businesses get more from the team they already have. As an AI and workflow automation expert, I design and build engagements end-to-end, with additional senior resources available when scope or specialty calls for it. You get the answer that fits your business, not whatever a vendor wants to sell.
30 minutes. You walk away with a written blueprint of what's worth automating, what isn't, and what to do next. No pitch.
What I build
Give your team time back. Measured on outcomes, not hours.
The work most teams hate is rarely the work they were hired for. These are the categories where automation gives people their day back, so they can focus on the creative, judgment-heavy work that actually moves the business.
Lead generation systems
Automated prospecting, enrichment, and outreach pipelines so your sales team stops copy-pasting lead lists and starts having real conversations. Higher-quality pipeline, lower cost per contact, hours back every week.
Client operations
Onboarding, document generation, billing workflows, status updates. The administrative tax you pay on every new customer, handled in the background so your team can focus on the work clients actually pay for.
Reporting and dashboards
Live metrics pulled from your actual systems. Know what is working without waiting on a Monday report that is already three days stale, and without an analyst spending half their week assembling it.
Recent work
Small businesses, specific outcomes.
3 weeks
to full ROI
Three weeks to ROI, and now they're getting found on ChatGPT
A full operations overhaul for a small legal staffing firm. New website, automated job posting and social publishing, content engine, AI-ready SEO. Software costs cut, ten-plus hours a week recovered for the team, and total project fees paid back inside the first month.

The AI foundation a tech-forward CRE firm now runs themselves
A tech-forward brokerage knew AI could change how they worked, but the volume of new tools and weekly feature drops kept them stuck at the starting line. We built the architecture, shipped the first production workflows, and handed over a foundation the team now extends on their own.

How I work
Three phases. No retainer required.
1
Audit
Two-week diagnostic. I sit with your team, map the slow workflows, and tell you which ones are worth automating and which ones are not. You get a written plan either way.
2
Build
Fixed-scope delivery on the workflows we agree on. Instrumented logging, credential rotation, human gates where they matter. I do not declare anything done until it has run for two weeks unattended.
3
Handoff
Full documentation, runbooks, credential inventory. Optional monthly retainer for maintenance and new workflows. Most clients take it. Some do not. Both are fine.
Why me, not a big firm
A small team that ships, not a large firm that meets.
Right-sized for your scope
Most small and mid-sized businesses are priced out of the big AI consultancies. The ones who aren't end up paying for partners, account managers, and slide decks before anyone touches the actual work. I'm built for businesses that can't justify a six-figure engagement but deserve work that holds up.
The person you talk to is the person doing the work
No discovery call followed by a handoff to a junior team. I design and build the work myself, and pull in additional senior resources when scope or specialty calls for it. The relationship, the judgment, and the accountability stay with me.
Your business comes before any software
I'm not here to push a platform you don't need or oversell scope. Sometimes the answer is custom-built. Sometimes it's something off-the-shelf. Sometimes it's "don't automate this yet." You get the recommendation that fits your business, even when that means less work for me.
Writing & resources
Notes from the work.
Practical writing on AI, automation, and what actually holds up in small and mid-sized businesses. No vendor takes, no hot takes. Just what I am seeing on the ground.

Your first AI project should not be a chatbot
Chatbots feel like AI. They also have the worst risk-to-reward ratio of any first project. Here is what to build instead.

What I mean by automation that actually runs
Most automation projects fail in week six, not week one. Here is how to build systems that survive past launch and keep paying back.
